The Town of Mint Hill's proposed Community Center project includes the renovation of an approximately 52,000 square foot existing institutional building, construction of a parking lot and related stormwater infrastructure, architectural and engineering drawings, building programming, existing conditions analysis and survey, and other related tasks. The Town is using the Design-Build method for project delivery. Construction is anticipated to be complete by summer of 2025. The following services are anticipated for this project: Existing structure investigative services (environmental, structural, ME/HVAC, etc.) Surveying Site Civil Architectural Space Programming Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC Audio/Visual Design Interactive water feature design Construction Management Construction document preparation Bidding Services Project Management Other related services, as identified during project scoping and contract negotiation, may also be included as this list is not intended to be comprehensive nor binding. Questions Due Any questions related to this RFQ should be submitted in writing to SFrey@admin.minthill.com no later than 5pm October 31, 2023. Any addenda resulting from questions received will be posted to the Town's website and sent via email to firms that request to be notified for this specific project. To be notified of addenda issuance, send an email to SFrey@admin.minthill.com requesting such. All addenda will be posted on or before November 1, 2023 at 5:00pm.
