In general, work includes, but is not limited to, providing 24/7 on-call property restoration and securing services on behalf of Eugene Springfield Fire, the City of Eugene, and the affected property owner when properties within our jurisdiction have been damaged by fire or other incidents, necessitating immediate securing for the safety and well-being of property, occupants, and owners. The purpose of this RFP Is to establish a preferred list of contractors, that can provide on-call property restoration and securing services, to be utilized in a rotational basis for the work outlined in the scope of services. Contractors selected to participate in an agreement through this RFP will not be guaranteed work and will not be provided a public contract for work performed on private property. Compensation for work performed on private property will be addressed by the property owner and the contractor. A contract will be issued for work to be performed on City owned property. City of Eugene Purchasing is the issuing office. Address all concerns or questions regarding this solicitation to the Purchasing Analyst identified below.
