Reference Number 0000333680 Question Acceptance Deadline 11/14/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Target Date for Project Completion August 31, 2024 In 2016 BROE Land Acquisitions donated 145 acres of land to the Town of Windsor. This 145 acre parcel of land is located in the Town of Windsor along State Highway 257 (SH257) from Poudre Trail Drive to approximately 650 south of Crossroads Boulevard and extends to the Cache La Poudre River to the east (see image below). The Kodak Poudre River Trailhead is located at the north end of the parcel and provides access to the Poudre Trail and the Archery Range. The Poudre Trail runs along the north edge of the property. Approximately 73 acres of the parcel are currently in active agriculture. Oil and gas production facilities are located on the south portion of the property, with the possibility to extend mining operations to other locations within the property until 2026 (per the donation agreement). The Town is now looking to generate an overall vision and management plan for the site with the intent of exploring additional opportunities and further clarify and define the role that this incredible open space area will provide for the community and region. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive any irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process
