St. Louis County, through this Request for Bids, is looking for a Contractor to install a sub-surface septic treatment system (SSTS) per MDH/St. Louis County Health Department Rules, Inspections and Operating Approval for the three new Public Works locations in Kugler, Whiteface and Culver. Bidder understands that the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial informality in a bid, all in the sole discretion of the County. To be given consideration, a request for interpretation must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
