The scope of work includes but is not limited to; removal of all existing California Avenue, Ventura Avenue, Kings Canyon Road and other side street signs. The removed signs will be replaced in-kind using the new street name designation of Cesar Chavez Boulevard or their corresponding side street name. A Bid Deposit, which can be provided separately, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Net Bid Amount (or, in bids with Add Alternates, the highest possible combination of the Base Bid plus Add Alternates) in the form of a certified or cashier s check, Contractor may substitute securities for any monies withheld by City to ensure performance under the Contract.
