This project will consist of replacing the existing Heat Pump, Cased Upflow Indoor Coil and Furnace with a new packaged HVAC system sized comparable to the existing units in Building 7315. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the RFQ and the Contract Documents. Agency anticipates the award of one (1) Contract from this solicitation. Contract award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose response represents the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
