This Contract provides for the improvement of National Avenue from the vicinity of Arsenal Way to the vicinity of Preble St for the addition of a sidewalk and bike lane on the west side, extension of the southbound right turn lane on National Avenue at West Loxie Eagans Boulevard, traffic and pedestrian signal improvements, closure of L Street from vehicle access at the intersection with National Avenue, and pavement overlay and associated ADA improvements on National Avenue from the vicinity of Charleston Beach Road to the vicinity of 1st Street (City limits) and on West Loxie Eagans Boulevard from the vicinity of the City limits to the vicinity of Arsenal Way and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The engineer's estimate ranges from $2,000,000 to $2,500,000.
