The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids to provide access road maintenance on State Game Lands (SGL) #122 in Crawford County. The scope of the project generally includes culvert pipe installations, application of aggregate, and road grading on 24,850 linear feet of existing roads. Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to: Brad Holcomb Wildlife Habitat Group Manager PGC, Northwest Region Phone: 717-805-4931 Email: bholcomb@pa.gov Any questions concerning completion of the electronic Bid should be directed to the PGC Contracts and procurement Section at 717-787-6594. Bidders should visit the project site to view and determine existing site conditions and constraints that must be considered in their proposal such as site access, road conditions, topography, proximity of utilities, existing infrastructure / structures, vegetation, and other conditions and features in the work area. Contact the PGC project manager for detailed directions to the site. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
