Construction of the "2024 Tacora Water Treatment Plant GAC Replacement Project" consisting of the removal, disposal and replacement of GAC filter media with associated appurtenances located in Section 06, T-22-N, R-16-E, of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma. Each bidder must fully comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of Equal Opportunity in Employment: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex national origin, age or handicap. Bidders for this project shall be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of Oklahoma. All bidders shall register with the Engineer.
