The City of Festus is seeking a firm to provide two (2) Welcome to Festus signs and solar powered dusk to dawn lighting to replace two (2) signs and lighting currently installed on Interstate I-55, one (1) facing Northbound and one (1) facing Southbound. The City of Festus intends to award a contract to a firm that will meet our qualification criteria and has successfully performed services on similar projects in the past. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. The proposal shall be according to the following specifications or an equivalent product or service: Product: Two (2) 4' x 8' (approximate) full color Welcome to Festus signs Four (4) solar powered dusk to dawn lights for sign illumination Installation: Contractor to provide all necessary detail/material for removal of existing signs and installation of new signs. The selection committee will include senior staff members of the City of Festus. The criteria for selecting the contractor are reputation and experience, capability and availability of staff, understanding of the problem, proximity and financial stability and cost. Final design determined per approved and confirmed artwork sample. Written questions about this RFP may be sent by email to gcamp@festusmo.gov prior to the submission deadline. Reponses will be shared by all interested responders to the RFP.
