The District is seeking bids for purchase and delivery of 18''-24''rip rap at 3 locations near Richland Chambers. The District intends to award a contract to the vendor that can meet all bid requirements and provide the highest aggregate amount of material for the budget available. The contractor shall include all fees/surcharges associated with hauling. Contractor shall deliver a minimum of 16 loads per day. Delivery of materials shall be between 7am-5pm unless otherwise agreed upon with project manager. Locations and budgeted amount for each individual location below. DELIVERY LOCATIONS CC Dam- 2294 Forehand Rd, Trinidad, TX, 75163 o Budget (not to exceed): $70,000 CC Compound- 140 FM 416, Streetman, TX, 75859 o Budget (not to exceed): $28,000 360 tons to a non-address location. Streetman, Texas, 75859. Located just off highway 287 at Freestone and Navarro County line. (1.8 miles north of intersection highway 287 and FM 488) The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including the bid of any bidder which does not meet the above criteria and/or the other terms and conditions expressed herein to the District's satisfaction. The District also reserves the right to waive all formalities and technicalities and to adopt the most advantageous construction of the Contract Documents or any applicable statute or code. The Bidder may also be disqualified and their bid not considered, among other reason, for any of the following specific reasons: i. Reason for believing collusion exists between the bidder and other bidders; ii. Reasonable grounds for believing that any bidder has a financial interest in more than one bid for the work contemplated iii. The bidder being a party to or having a financial interest in any litigation against the District District shall have the right to inspect the goods upon delivery before accepting them.
