Reference Number 0000333605 Installation of 250,000 BTU Waste Oil Furnace based on manufacturer guidelines. (All Electrical work to be performed by the City of Midland) Provide and install tank stand with minimum 250-gallon storage tank. Provide and install new waste oil heater listed in equipment section. Assemble the heater for the configuration desired. Provide and install a sidewall venting system. Provide and install a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat within 20' on same wall the new heater is to be installed. Provide and install all control wiring, control wiring conduit, vent piping, vent pipe fittings, and other components to complete the installation. Perform a startup, commissioning, and 2-hour user training upon completion of the installation of this heater.
