The Work generally consists of adding cooling to the kitchen at Hurley Elementary School (625 Hurley School Road, Salisbury, NC 28147) and Bostian Elementary School (4245 Old Beatty Ford Road, China Grove, NC 28023). This project is federally funded through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund) and is subject to the Davis Bacon General Wage requirements. Submit questions online via moseleyarchitects.com. Responses will be in the form of addenda if required. All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid. Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of the contract are required. No bid may be withdrawn after receipt of Bids for a period of sixty-one (61) calendar days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to accept any bid submitted, to waive any formalities and negotiate with the low Bidder or Bidders any changes considered necessary or desirable.
