Remove and dispose of six existing poles and lights at the Danville Library parking lot. Re-install new 16' poles with two LED lights per pole. Remove and return to the City, one existing path light near the building and replace with 8' LED post light. Code: A. All work performed shall conform to the Virginia Department of Transportation Standards and Specification (current edition) B. All work shall confirm to the 2017 NEC Retainage: 5% retainage will be held on this contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
