Renovate Main Entrance Vestibule to Security Vestibule. Replace storefront entrances of Vestibule and add storefront entrance from Security Vestibule to Reception Area. Replace floor finishes in Reception area. Renovate existing two Classrooms and Storage Rooms into a Self-Contained Classroom Suite which includes two Self-Contained Classrooms, shared Instructional Kitchen and two individual Toilets. Detailed drawings for the project have been prepared by Gurel Architecture. Bidding Documents include this Invitation to Bid, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, sample contract, Sales Tax Report, School Access Requirements, MBE forms and Board of Education Policies. The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract. Each Bidder by submitting their Bid represents that they have read and understand the Bidding Documents and their Bid is made in accordance therewith; and the Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Bidding and Contract Documents; that they have visited the site, have familiarized themselves with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed herein, and has correlated their observations with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents. Notice of Award: 11.13.2023 Contractor Due Date to Return Documentation to WCPSS: 14 calendar days from GC's receipt of Contract Substantial Completion: 05.29.2024
