New High School #2 (opening in Summer 2026) A new 400,000 square feet high school; a multi-story structure composed of structural steel and load bearing masonry with a combination of low-slope standing seam metal panel roofs. Interior finishes include terrazzo, LVT, carpet, wood flooring and painted CMU and gypsum walls. This facility includes all athletic accessory buildings and structures required for all sports. 2. New Elementary School #8 (opening in Spring 2026) A new 100,000 square feet elementary school; multi-story structure composed of load bearing masonry and majority low-slope roofing. Interior finishes include terrazzo, LVT, carpet and painted CMU and gypsum walls. Both projects are being constructed on the same site/property at the same time. Site work is scheduled to begin in the winter of 2023-2024 CSD2 reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications at any time prior to award; and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in qualifications received
