UPDATE: Deadline for questions is extended until October 16, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. & Bids are now due October 25, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. Project Description: The Lynchburg Regional WRRF HVAC Improvement Project consists of the WRRF Operation Building HVAC Package drawings dated May 19, 2023, the WRRF Operation Building Plumbing Package drawings dated May 19, 2023, the WRRF Operation Building Ventilation drawings dated August 2, 2023 and the Centrifuge Building 3RD Floor Operations Area HVAC drawings dated January 21, 2022. All projects include supporting electrical system modifications. WRRF Operation Building HVAC improvements include construction of multiple split system AC units, dehumidification units and other HVAC improvements at the WRRF Operation Building. WRRF Operation Building Plumbing Package improvements include construction of modifications to the odor control system and plumbing vents. WRRF Operation Building Ventilation improvements include construction of interior and exterior duct work and exhaust fans for ventilation of a basement area of the Operation Building. Centrifuge Building 3RD Floor Operations Area HVAC improvements include construction of replacement roof top HVAC units, new ductless split system and heat pump HVAC units and duct modifications in the Centrifuge Building.
