In General, the Work Consists of General Carpentry, Concrete Flatwork, Painting, Hvac, Electrical and Plumbing Trades Etc. The Work May Include Lead Interm Control Measures. A Contractor and/or Employee Trained and Certified as lead Abatement Contractor or Abatement Worker Must Complete Line Items if Lead is Part of the Bid. Line Item Construction Bids Will Be Received for the Projects. Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid (over $25,000) submitted and shall be in the form of a cashier s check, certified check or bond. All projects at or exceeding $25,000.00 a 100% payment and performance bond and one year maintenance bond is required at or prior to Healthy Homes contract signing. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity or to accept any bid which best serves the interest of the Owners.
