All questions must be submitted via email by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2023, to Ryan Williams, Manager of Purchasing at purchasing@cityofmesquite.com prior to proposal closing date. The City of Mesquite reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities and to make award of bid as may be deemed to the best advantage of the City. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after date of opening. Under the direction of the Parks Project Manager construct three concrete pads for picnic tables atAlcott Park located at 2750 East Svcene Road, Mesquite Texas that meets following requirements. All work shall comply with the current Building Codes of the City of Mesquite, City Standards and Texas Accessibility Standards. Work shall be completed and ready for public use prior to December 1,2023. The City shall issue a Contract authorizing the work and obligating the City to payment upon acceptance of the completed work. Building Permit will be required (fee will be waived). Contractor is encouraged to review site conditions.
