It is the intent of Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) to award one or more contracts as the result of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) for Professional Services Phase 4. The award considered shall equal or exceed a minimum quality level of industry-standard(s) as defined within this RFQ, including RFQ Overview/Scope of Qualification. Services shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local technical, environmental, and performance standards and specifications. The award timeline, if any, as a result of this solicitation will be for approximately four (4) to seven (7) years. FBISD intends to CONTRACT WITH MORE THAN ONE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES VENDOR to assist with 2023 Bond projects and any other additional services that may arise that may not be bond related. FBISD reserves the right to revise and amend the RFQ prior to the date set for the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submissions. Qualifiers are requested to clarify any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission or other error(s) in the RFQ in writing and request the modification or clarification desired. Any questions or needed clarifications shall be submitted through the Opportunity Q&A section before the deadline for questions: Friday, October 20, 2023 10:00 AM (CST). Formal Response to all Questions Monday, October 23, 2023 This is a supplemental Request for Qualification (RFQ) for Land Surveyor and Testing, Adjusting & Balancing, with the purpose of adding more vendors to the existing pool. It is important to note that vendors who have been awarded contracts under RFQ 23-075AL and RFQ 23-083KB are not required to respond to this solicitation. Award will be posted electronically Tentative December 2023 FBISD reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to negotiate changes in the scope of the work or services to be provided, to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, in its sole discretion, and to waive or decline to waive any technicalities or irregularities in any RFQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
