E. Levering Mill Road Improvements. Scope of Work The project is for the installation of granite curb and concrete sidewalk on the south side of E. Levering Mill Road from Conshohocken State Road to Belmont Avenue. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; regrading; removal, salvage, and resetting of granite curb, along with furnishing of new granite curb; concrete sidewalk and aprons; ADA ramps; bituminous apron adjustments; signage; pavement markings; storm water inlet modifications; utility lid and frame adjustments; and site restoration. Construction Notice to Proceed is planned for early 2024 pending contract execution. Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders Section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the Amount of 100% Are Required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the Amount of 25% is Required. The Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Parts Thereof or to Waive Any Informality or Irregularity as Deemed to the Best Interest of the Township. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of Thursday, November 9, 2023. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the Questions feature on website.
