The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following in the City of North Plains 1. Implement temporary traffic control and temporary erosion control measures. 2. Construct concrete ramps, driveways, and sidewalks. 3. Construct Intersection improvements including asphalt paving. 4. Construct piped storm water conveyance system. 5. Install signing and striping. 6. All Work is to be substantially completed before May 24th, 2024 or as specified. The Project is funded through State of Oregon Small Cities Allotment Grants, and Transportation Bond. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and must be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of the CITY OF NORTH PLAINS in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish to the CITY OF NORTH PLAINS a performance bond and a payment bond each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid.
