Project Description: This project entails the installation of sump pumps on private property throughout the City of Racine. Interested Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. Interested bidders must fill out and submit Pre-qualification Form and Affirmative Action Plan and submit the forms to the City of Racine.
