The Proposed Work Will Be Contracted to a Licensed Florida Contractor Consisting of Providing All Labor, Materials, Equipment and Incidentals Required to Construct as Detailed in the Contract Documents. The Work Includes, but is Not Necessarily Limited To the Following : The Proposed Work Includes but Not Limited to the Following: Rehabilitation of 15 Manholes in the Class I and Class Iii Landfill Leachate Collection Systems Including but Not Limited to the Cover, Frame, Chimney, Seals, Walls, Protective Coatings, Pipe Seals, Bench, Channel, Invert and Base. Rehabilitation of 5 Sanitary Pump Stations Including but Not Limited to Cleaning and Protective Coatings. Rehabilitation of 5 Pump Station Chambers in the Class I and Class Iii Landfill Leachate Collection Systems Including but Not Limited to the Cover, Frame, Chimney, Seals, Walls, Protective Coatings, Pipe Seals, Bench, Channel, Invert and Base. Rehabilitation of 5 Detection Station Chambers in the Class I and Class Iii Landfill Leachate Collection Systems Including but Not Limited to the Cover, Frame, Chimney, Seals, Walls, Protective Coatings, Pipe Seals, Bench, Channel, Invert and Base. All Work Shall Be in Accordance With the Plans & Specifications and Shall Be in Compliance With All Applicable Codes. The Work is Located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a surety company Bid Bond or cashiers check (submitted in advance) in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the total Bid. An electric copy of the Bid Bond only can be submitted. However, the AUTHORITY may request the original be mailed directly to the Purchasing Department.
