Primary sludge pump replacement. 3. Rotary drum thickener replacement. 4. Rotary drum thickener feed tank replacement. 5. Thickener feed and thickened sludge transfer pumps replacement. 6. Sludge thickener room HVAC system upgrade. 7. Digester heating circulation pump replacement. 8. Digester heating boiler and heat exchanger replacement. Said bond shall be issued by a responsible surety and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the contract and the terms and conditions therein contained and shall guarantee the prompt payment of all material and labor, and protect and save harmless the Milford Municipal Utilities from claims and damages of any kind caused by the operations of the contract and shall also guarantee the maintenance of the improvement caused by failures in materials and construction for a period of two years from and after acceptance of the contract.
