The work includes the construction of approximately 1. Chemical phosphorus removal process includes five (5) chemical metering pumps, two (2) chemical storage tanks, and chemical piping to four (4) points of injection. 2. Primary sludge pump replacement. 3. Rotary drum thickener replacement. 4. Rotary drum thickener feed tank replacement. 5. Thickener feed and thickened sludge transfer pumps replacement. 6. Sludge thickener room HVAC system upgrade. 7. Digester heating circulation pump replacement. 8. Digester heating boiler and heat exchanger replacement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
