HUTCHISON CENTER RENOVATIONS BASE BID This project involves renovations to Neshannock Township's Hutchison Community Center, including, but not limited to: Cedar lap siding and a metal standing seam roofing system with aluminum gutters and downspouts. The interior will be finished in painted drywall, board and trim to match existing finishes in the main assembly space. Floors will be covered in LVT and ceramic tile. The restrooms will receive ceramic tile, toilets, sink fixtures, mirrors, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers or electric hand dryers, and waste receptacles. Ceilings will be a combination of 2x2 lay-in ceiling tile and drywall. Windows will be aluminum storefront and aluminum fixed units, and doors will be hollow metal throughout with an aluminum sliding patio door. The kitchen will receive new fixtures, appliances, Type I hood, new countertops, cabinets, and stainless-steel shelving. The building will receive domestic water and sanitary systems as required for the restrooms and kitchen. The building will receive electric LED lighting and power, a gas fired furnace, and air conditioning The Township also reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and reserves the right to waive any informality therein A Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Neshannock Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are required to be paid on this Project
