The Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) hereby posts the following Public Notice Advertisement (PNA) for considered services. Georgia DOT intends to solicit responses for design and construction services to construct a new interchange located east of the existing weigh station on Interstate 16 (I-16) which would realign and widen Old Cuyler Road and Cuyler Road over I-16 from two-lanes to fourlanes in Bryan County, GA. A virtual Industry Forum and virtual one-on-one meetings will be conducted for this Project at the dates noted above. During the Industry Forum presentation, Georgia DOT will provide information regarding the Project's delivery goals, anticipated scope, anticipated Design-Build procurement process, and potential risks. There is no limitation on the number of participants. This is a recorded presentation and participants will not be provided the opportunity to ask questions. Any information provided by Georgia DOT shall be considered as informational only and is subject to change. Participants will be able to ask questions during the scheduled one-on-one meetings. Interested parties can preregister here for access to the pre-recorded presentation 24-hours prior to its posting on the Georgia DOT Design-Build website on the date noted above. Include in the email three available 30-minute time slots (ranked in order of preference). Include the name, title, and company of those individuals who will be attending the one-on-one Microsoft Teams meeting with an email address for each individual in order for Georgia DOT to send the login information for attendance. Only provide email addresses of the person(s) who will participate in the Microsoft Teams on behalf of your team, not to exceed six (6) persons. In response, Georgia DOT will send out a meeting invitation including a specified date, time, and secured login information.
