Only One Proposal May Be Submitted by Each Respondent Unless There Are Alternate Bid Specifications Included in the Proposal. Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted are assumed to be firm. Any deviations From our specifications must be clearly indicated. Reply on your form. Where Applicable, indicate list price, discount, extended net price for each item, terms, F.O.B. point, and shipping schedule.
