The City of Wildwood Desires to Enter a Contractual Relationship With Vendors Capable of Providing General Street and Right-of-way Maintenance, Repair, and Rehabilitation and Capable of Undertaking and Completing Street Resurfacing and Utility Construction Projects of a Defined Scope and Capable of Providing a Combination of Manpower, Equipment, and Materials to Perform General Emergency Street and Utility Repairs. It is the City's Intent to Award Multiple Contractors. Contractors May Be Designated in Terms of Primary Service Providers and Standby Service Providers Based on the Selection Committees' Overall Ranking. The General Routine Maintenance Work, Capital Improvement Work and/or Emergency Repair Work Will Be Included Under One or More of the Following Areas of Work. Each Contractor's Submitted Qualifications, Experience and Compensation Schedule Will Be Utilized in Determining the Most Responsive Firms. The City of Wildwood, Florida ("the City") is Interested in Selecting a Qualified Contractor ("Vendor") That Can Provide the Required Services Pursuant to Section 287.057, Florida Statutes. The "City" Requests That Qualified "Vendor" S Submit Letters of Interest and Proposals for Consideration in the Selection of Emergency Infrastructure Repair and Maintenance Services. The "City" May Select, or Not Select, at Their Sole Discretion, Any Contractor That the "City" Feels Will Best Address Their Needs. The Purpose of This Rfp is to Select a Qualified Contractor for Emergency Infrastructure Repair and Maintenance Services. The Selected Contractor Will Furnish All Materials, Labor, Supervision, Transportation, Inspections, Permits, Licenses, Equipment, and Any Incidentals Necessary to Provide Maintenance, Repairs, and Installation as Needed for the Various "City" Streets, Rights-of-way, Storm Sewer Conveyance Systems, Sanitary Conveyance System, and Water Distribution System.
