This is an Request for Proposal, you will need to provide all requested information/documents to answer this solicitation. WRC is looking for a contractor to annually test large meters based on size and/or other criteria. WRC is looking for a contractor to annually change out up to 30 large meters per year. WRC will provide the list of meters to be tested and changed annually. WRC is looking for a contractor to respond, within 2 weeks of notification, to repair, recalibrate or replace any large meters within the water systems operated by WRC. All work will be completed at the direction of WRC. Contractors will provide all parts for meter installations and repairs. The contractor will be expected to provide new Neptune Meter parts and a pricing list. Any item not specified in attachment B will be quoted separately at the time of order. If applicable, pricing for material should include shipping costs. Question Acceptance Deadline 11/09/2023 03:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes Vendors will have the opportunity to ask questions to clarify specifications. All questions are to be emailed to the buyer listed unless another arrangement has been specified in the RFP.
