Description of Proposals Sought: The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (Colville Tribes) TANF is seeking proposals to demo the existing roof dispose of the old material and install a new Metal Roof and gutters for our Omak Temporary Assistance for Needy Family's Building located at 511 Benton St. Omak, Washington. Requests for interpretation/clarification of this RFP must be emailed to _Barney Ferguson, 509-634- 2370__. Unauthorized contact with other tribal employees regarding this RFP may result in disqualification. All oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Tribes. All questions must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. PST, November 6, 2023. All responses will be posted on the Tribes' web site no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on the next business day after receipt of the question. Scope of Work: 1. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, permits, and personnel required for the removal, disposal, and replacement of a metal roof structure totaling and estimated 2,920 sq. ft. 2. The scope of work includes, but shall not be limited to: preformed sheet metal roof panels, flashing required to weatherproof the system (ridge, hip, valley, cleat, eave, rake wall, rake edge, apron, inside corner, outside corner, gutter, downspout, drip sill, end wall, and other miscellaneous flashing), related accessories necessary for attachment of the roofing system, all butyl tape and sealant used in conjunction with the roofing system, and necessary attachment hardware as required to meet the performance standards and complete the roofing enclosure as indicated by Contract Documents.
