Potential proposers are encouraged to visit the playground areas on their own to familiarize themselves with the sites. Site visits at school playgrounds are prohibited until after 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. The design project budget is not to exceed $120,000.00. There is a total construction budget of $1,180,000 for the work. *which reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any and all proposals or to take whatever action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of West Springfield.
