Reference Number 0000258192 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/07 04:00:00 PM CST This projects objective is to better understand and document the risks associated within the municipal water supply sector (municipalities, water co-operatives, etc.) for drought planning and response purposes. The proponent will gather information to understand current and future water supply vulnerabilities within the municipal water sector across Manitoba. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from qualified Service Providers to provide services as described in Appendix "A" Specifications and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Service Provider whose Proposal is judged to best serve the interests of the Manitoba Government when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. Manitoba is seeking an Agreement for Services for a term tentatively commencing NOVEMBER 27, 2023 and ending on MARCH 31, 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
