Contract A: SCMA Waterline Relocation and Access Improvements and Contract B: SCMA Bridge Rehabilitation Bundle. Contract A: Work to be completed as Prior work to the SR0061 reconstruction project sponsored by PennDOT in the Borough of Saint Clair, Blythe Township, New Castle Township, and Ryan Township, Schuylkill County Pennsylvania. The project generally consists of the installation of 11,000 linear feet of ductile iron pipe, 2100 linear feet of HDPE via horizontal directional drilling, and associated fittings/appurtenances for relocation of raw and potable water transmission lines. The project also includes the procurement and installation of pressure reducing valve vault, improvements to existing access road, construction of new access road and all associated improvements, and installation & maintenance of erosion and sedimentation control facilities. Contract B: Work to include the rehabilitation of two existing abandoned railroad bridges located on SCMA property and proposed waterline alignment.
