The South Hunterdon Regional Board of Education is accepting proposals for snowplowing for the 2023-2024 school year. The following specifications have been developed for your consideration. SPECIFICATIONS FOR SNOW PLOWING 1. Snow must be removed completely from all macadamized areas. This applies to the front and back parking areas. 2. Area behind the gymnasium needs to be plowed. 3. All individuals interested in bidding should contact Andrew Harris at 609-397- 6496 to meet at a convenient time to review the parameters. 4. All areas must be cleared by 6:00am on a regular school day. If a delayed opening has been scheduled, all areas must be cleared by 8:00am. If the school is closed due to snow, plowing can commence when storm has ended. 5. Snowplowing should commence with 2 or more inches of snow. 6. Provided copies of licenses of driver(s) with proposal. 7. Provide evidence that a backup is available to you (in case of breakdowns.) 8. Complete quote sheet (to be sent to vendor upon request).
