The Rural Municipality of Lac Pelletier No. 107 is inviting tenders for a gravel crushing project to be completed before the spring. 15,000 cubic yards of 7/8" road gravel crush at NW 09 10 13 W3 (Evesque Pit) Time will be of the essence of the Contract made with the successful bidder and the contractor will be required to comply strictly with the dates specified, subject to the terms of the contract. Payment will be made once work is completed. The successful bidder shall supply all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and all other things necessary for the complete supply of the work as indicated. The unit price shall include the supply of all the supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools, and all other things necessary for the complete supply of the work. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to accept other than the lowest tender without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its bid, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the Rural Municipality to award the good or service to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the Rural Municipality deems appropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Rural Municipality may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work that it deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision including but not limiting to the following: Previous experience the municipality has with the bidder and Experience that the bidder has in successfully completing similar projects.
