Description of Work: Preparation of existing site including cribbing and removal of all organic materials and proof rolling the subgrade. Supply and placement of gravels as indicated on the drawings for construction of the new roadway. Supply and placement of asphalt as indicated. Installation of new watermain from the existing capped water main to the existing 200 diameter water main on James Street. Installation of sanitary sewer from the manhole to the existing sanitary sewer on James Street. Removal of all existing fencing, backstop fencing and bleachers to the extent indicated on the drawings. Removals to include removal of all sonotubes or other concrete foundations. Dispose of all removed material off-site in accordance with applicable regulations. Install new 1500mm high chain link fencing as indicated on the drawings. Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces including asphalt, curb, grass, etc. Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 3
