Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, means, methods, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. Each contractor shall coordinate, through the Owner/Architect/Engineer, the work of their contract with the work by others. B. This following abbreviated summary is provided in order to briefly describe the work covered by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. It is not all inclusive of the work under the Contract. C. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Startup participation for the various equipment and systems of the project and provide complete service to troubleshoot and assist manufacturer service representatives in obtaining a completely functional installation. 2. New grilles, registers, duct work, supports and accessories. 3. New air conditioning systems. 4. New ventilation systems. 5. Equipment supports, dunnage, and structural alterations. 6. Ductwork, piping, valves, fittings, dampers, louvers, etc. 7. Roofing, penetration sealing, and weatherization. 8. Patching, painting, and finishing work. 9. Equipment controls and BMS integration. 10. Testing and balancing of systems. 11. Project closeout submittals.
