Response will be in the form of an addendum that will be posted approximately Thursday, 9th November, 2023 at the close of business to the Stratford Purchasing Department website The Town of Stratford ("Town") is seeking competitive proposals from experienced restaurateurs ("Lessee") to operate the food and liquor restaurant located at the Short Beach Golf Clubhouse, 1 Dorne Drive, Stratford, CT ("Premises"). The Premises shall be used by the Lessee for the operation of a food and full liquor permit restaurant. The purpose of the restaurant is to provide the golfing community and the general public with services as required and as the Town deems necessary.
