Anticipated advertisement date 12/23/2023. The work consists of all work associated with the construction of a new EAFB Meter Building. This work includes but is not limited to site grading, landscaping, 12 inch PVC site piping and related appurtenances, sanitary sewer, connection to the existing water and sanitary sewer system, excavation and backfill, storm water pollution prevention, asphalt parking lot, site fencing, 34' by 25'-4" with 10' side wall height meter building. Building to consist of spread concrete footings, concrete floor, cement masonry unit structural walls, exterior brick veneer, wood roof trusses, asphalt shingles, ductile iron pipe and fittings from 4 inch through 12 inch gate valves, silent double check valve backflow pre ventor, and 4 inch globe style pressure relief valves associated with surge control, 1,250 gallon Polyethylene storage tank, one (1) 12 inch magnetic flow meter, pipe supports, and painting and coating. Plumbing includes floor drains, and restroom. Heating and ventilation equipment including an exterior wall mounted, self-contained unit (DX air conditioning, natural gas heating) for the space, an electric recessed wall-mounted unit heater and ceiling mounted exhaust fan serving the restroom. Electrical consisting of LED lighting, installation of buried conduit for electrical utility to use to install electrical service, purchase and installation of instrumentation and control hardware from an Owner designated integrator. Also included are any incidental items needed for a complete and operational metering station.
