This solicitation is a request for proposals ("RFP") for snowplowing and snow removal services for the McGrath Judicial Complex located at 4800 Tower Hill Road, Wakefield, R.I. 02879. Specific bid solicitation information begins on page 3 of this document. The Administrative Office of State Courts (the "AOSC") reserves the right to award a contract pursuant to this RFP on the basis of cost alone, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to act in the best interest including, but not limited to, directly negotiating with any Vendor who submits a proposal in response to this RFP and to award a contract based upon the results of those negotiations alone. Proposals found to be technically or substantially nonresponsive at any point in the evaluation process will be rejected and not considered further. The AOSC may, at the AOSC's sole option, elect to require presentations(s) by bidders in consideration for an award. The Administrative Office of State Courts (the "AOSC") is seeking a company (the "Vendor") to provide snowplowing and snow removal services at the McGrath Judicial Complex, located at 4800 Tower Hill Road, Wakefield, R.I. 02879, for a five (5) year period beginning on November 1, 2023 and ending on October 31, 2028, pursuant to the specifications listed below Awards will not be made to Vendors who fail to include the Equipment Information Sheet (Appendix A) or mandatory site visit form (Appendix B). Thereafter, the awarded Vendor shall be required, within twenty-four (24) hours of a snow event, to complete a snow plowing/removal report form (Appendix C) and submit it to the Facilities, Operations, and Security Office located at the Licht Judicial Complex, 250 Benefit Street, Providence, RI 02903.
