The purpose of this Request is to solicit sealed, separate Bid Proposals to provide the below listed services to the City of Holly Springs, MS, over a five (5) year contract period: 1. Right of way Clearing around all electric distribution feeder lines including all electrical equipment and components within the ROW of the City of Holly Springs Electric Transmission System, totaling approximately 537.16 miles of overhead distribution lines. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Holly Springs invite and will consider Bid Proposals, for the services described herein, and the award, if made, will be at the lowest and best value to the City of Holly Springs. The anticipated start date is December 4, 2023. All proposals shall be completed on the provided bid forms, and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing on the outside the name and address of the Proposer. Any questions regarding the Bid Proposal Form(s) and/or Contract Documents, outlining the Terms & Conditions, shall be submitted in writing to Mr. Ernest Campbell, at the above designated e-mail address. The deadline for submitting inquiries is November 21, 2023, at 5:00 PM. Any questions submitted after the established deadline will not receive a response. All Proposals must be completed and submitted in accordance with the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS", of which, is included within the provided Bid Packet. The City of Holly Springs reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with Mississippi Law, deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and the residents of the City of Holly Springs.
