Primary scopes include preconstruction services; historic restoration of the Greek Theater; improvements to the theaters stage, seating, lighting, and audio visual systems; landscape and hardscape improvements through the Central Promenade and the South Plaza. 15% Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) The budgetary cost estimate for construction is approximately $10M As the Citys best interests may appear, the Executive Director of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
