The Mont Vernon School District is requesting qualifications for Architectural and Engineering Services associated with New Construction, Additions, and Renovations to the Mont Vernon Village School located in Mont Vernon, NH 03057 OVERVIEW The Mont Vernon School District (District) is seeking qualifications from Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms having recognized expertise in design of new construction, additions, and renovations in K-8 public schools. Other disciplines may be required to complete design and renovation needs including electrical, mechanical, structural, geotechnical, and civil. Interested firms must be licensed to conduct architectural services in the State of New Hampshire. The basic design phase services shall include: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bid Documents, Construction Administration support of the Contract, and Project Closeout. Proposers must submit the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of a single individual within the firm who will be the firm's primary contact concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP). Costs for developing the responses are entirely the responsibility of the proposers and shall not be reimbursed in any manner by the District.
