The scope of this project is the replacement of 17 existing doors (double doors) at Holly Center, located at 926 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804. Please see Project Manual for all details. This is for Small Business Reserve vendors only. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes This Addendum will clarify, add to, delete from, correct and/or change the bid documents for the project referenced above to the extent indicated. This Addendum is hereby made a part of the bid documents on which the contract will be based. By submitting a bid for this solicitation, you acknowledge receipt of this addendum. All questions must be in writing and addressed to the Procurement Officers Lakecia Dingle, lakecia.dingle@maryland.gov and, Christine Stenhouse, Christine.stenhouse1@maryland.gov A. The successful contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, means and methods as required for the replacement of seventeen (17) commercial exterior doors with new steel frames. B. The Bid shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: o The new hollow metal commercial doors shall be 18 ga., galvanized, insulated o Half vision kit with 1/4 " wire glass o Hollow metal frames 16 ga.,welded 9/1/2 jamb 2" head o Lip stop Threshold o Stainless Steel Kick Plates o Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device with Extension, if applicable o Therm-L-Brush astragal o DC 4116 Closer painted finish - clear o Lever trim, Storeroom/Night latch function, if applicable o Tube of Caulk - Aluminum o Butt Hinges o Therm-L-Brush door sweep o Jamb Seal Kit o Fire Exit "panic bar" and interior hardware to match existing. o Exterior locks should be "BEST" core hardware
