Bid guaranty may be a cashier's check, money order, certified bank check, or a surety bond. All guaranties, except surety bonds, will be deposited and reimbursement checks and surety bonds will be issued to unsuccessful bidders following the bid award. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price, within ten (10) business days after the bid award. Consultants must provide proof of conformance with any applicable Federal/State/Local permits, licenses, certifications, etc., as stated in the scope of work/specifications section. It is the Consultant's responsibility to inquire about requirements of performing the job with the requesting department contact person.
