The supplier must coordinate, organize and carry out or have carried out various works relating to construction, demolition, installation of different exterior finishes, installation of doors and windows, insulation, masonry, painting, electricity, HVAC systems, plumbing, specialized equipment as well as various repairs to the different components (frames, foundations, roofs, etc.) of the building. The supplier must also participate in technical assessments on the building envelope by carrying out exploratory openings aimed at establishing the performance of existing components and by operating site vehicles. He must carry out this work while limiting the nuisance to building users as much as possible. Interior design work. The supplier must coordinate, organize and carry out or have carried out various works relating to construction, demolition, construction of drywall, installation of prefabricated partition, installation of different interior finishes, installation of doors and glass sections, installation of materials promoting better acoustics, painting, electricity, HVAC systems, plumbing, specialized equipment as well as various repairs to the various interior components of the building. He must carry out this work while limiting the nuisance to users of the building as much as possible.
