Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this Project. All potential Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified in the name of tne bidding entity for the major classifications of Work included in this Contract. Major classifications include C, C1, D, E, F, F1, F2, G, H, H2, and K. Submitted bids must have the valid PennDOT Prequalification Certificate attached to the outside of the Bid envelope or the Bid will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Subcontractors shall be PennDOT pre-qualified for the classifications of work: O. P, P5, P6. P7. The Proposals must be made to Butler Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (GO) day period without forfeiting their Proposal guarantee. If the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Township reserves the right to award the Contract to the lowest responsive, PennDOT pre-qualified, and responsible Bidder u--j -- consideration ing projects on time, history of payments to subcontractors and suppliers, maintenance of a permanent place of business, adequacy of equipment and plant to do tne work, technical expertise, a solid financial base to guarantee contract completion and all other factors deemed relative by the Township. The lowest responsible, responsive, and PennDOT pre-qualified bidder for the listed work categories based on the total bid submitted. However, Bidders are advised that the Township expressly reserves the right to reject all bids, and specifically reserves the right to award to the lowest responsible, responsive, and PennDOT pre-qualified Bidder a contract for all or any portions of the work listed in the Proposal, and in awarding a contract for less !nan the total work listed, or less than all portions of the work listed, the contract price will be determined from the total quantities for each item listed and the unit price bid for each item listed. The Township reserves the riqht to waive any bid informalities or to reject any or all bids. If more time is necessary for the determination of the lowest responsible bidder " Township reserves right to award the Contract later.
