County Statewide The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide General Engineering Consultant support for the Cascadia High Speed Rail and I-5 Program. One (1) agreement may be awarded. The agreement will be for approximately eight and half million ($8,500,000) and two years in duration (2023-2025 biennium), with the option for WSDOT to supplement this for additional time and money depending on future funding being secured. Additional funding through federal grant opportunities are anticipated to support the program. Federal funding requirements will need to be incorporated into the programs work processes. The agreement type will be task order negotiated hourly rate agreement. WSDOT reserves the right to amend terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
