The Town of Perry will accept bids to repair, renovate, and construct an addition to the Town Hall at 10084 County Highway A. The Town Hall is a one-story, wood-framed former school building currently used for town meetings, elections and records storage, approximately 1,000 sq. ft. The proposed addition is approximately 200 sq. ft. The Town plans to repair and upgrade the Town Hall to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), and WI elections security statutes. Funding is provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and other Town resources. Contractors interested in bidding should contact Town Supervisor Mick Klein Kennedy at 608-843-3297 for more information. The Town of Perry reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality in any bid, and to accept any bid deemed to be most advantageous to the Town of Perry. Bids should include construction scheduled to begin April 3, 2024 and to be completed by July 31, 2024 or earlier, completion sanctions, and performance references.
